Terms of sale for digital content

In force from 30 August 2026 · version 1.0

These terms set out how we sell digital products on solertio.pl. They cover files you download, not commissioned work or project engagements. They apply from 30 August 2026.

Who is selling

The seller is Altum Borys Nowicki, ul. Sucharskiego 5/22, 10-693 Olsztyn, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5782989788. Your card statement will show the name Altum.

We handle everything at kontakt@solertio.pl, and that covers pre-sales questions as much as complaints, invoices and deletion requests. This is also the complaints address. There is no phone line and no chat.

We do not create user accounts. Buying needs no registration and no password.

What you are buying

You buy a file, or a set of files, described on the product page. That description is part of the contract: what we wrote there about the contents of the package and about how it works binds us exactly as these terms do.

The first product is Redaktor naczelny, an editorial system for Polish public-facing copy. One purchase covers two packages, one for Claude Code and one for ChatGPT. The differences between the versions are listed in a table on the product page and we do not soften them in sales material.

What you need for the product to work

The product is a set of text files and scripts. Running it needs the environment described on the product page: for Redaktor naczelny that means Python 3 and Node for the Claude Code version, and a plan with Code Interpreter enabled for the ChatGPT version.

We apply no technical protection measures and no access control to the downloaded files. Once downloaded they run locally, without contacting our servers and without a time limit. We collect no telemetry from your use of the product, so we do not know how many texts you ran through it or which brands you work for, and we cannot reconstruct that afterwards.

We do not supply Claude Code or ChatGPT ourselves. Anthropic and OpenAI decide their availability and limits, so a change on their side may affect how you use the product. We answer for the files themselves matching the description.

Price and payment

Prices on the product page are in Polish zloty, gross, including VAT. Selling a file electronically is an electronic service and carries the 23 percent rate. The price next to the buy button is the only cost, because we add no delivery or invoicing fees.

We do not tailor prices to the individual buyer and we do not use automated decision-making to set them. Everyone sees the same price.

Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card number. The contract is concluded the moment Stripe confirms the payment, and from that moment we count both the delivery deadline and our liability for the files matching the description.

We issue an invoice for every purchase. We issue it in wFirma, to the details given in the payment form, and from there it goes to the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) under the applicable rules. The invoice arrives in a separate message, usually later than the e-mail with the files.

A business buyer from the European Union outside Poland can enter an EU VAT number at checkout. We issue that invoice by hand, so it may arrive late. Delivery of the product does not wait for the invoice.

Delivery

We deliver the product immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. We send a message to the address given at checkout, carrying signed download links for every file.

The links work for 30 days from the purchase. Download the files and keep them, because the links expire after that. If you lose the files within those 30 days, write to the contact address with your payment id and we will issue new links.

That same message is the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. It carries the product name together with the amount paid, our details together with the complaints address, and the verbatim wording of both consents you ticked before paying.

If the message has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to the contact address. Non-delivery is a defect and we handle it as a complaint.

The right of withdrawal and how it is lost

A consumer, and a sole trader with consumer rights, who concludes a distance contract normally has 14 days to withdraw from it without giving a reason.

Digital content delivered immediately is excluded from that right under art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, and the Act ties the exclusion to conditions we must all meet together. That is why you tick two separate statements before going to payment. In the first you request that delivery begin before the withdrawal period ends. In the second you acknowledge that once we have performed, you will lose the right to withdraw.

Neither box is ticked by default and without both you cannot reach the payment step. We do not sell a file to someone who does not know what it costs them.

The right of withdrawal expires the moment we send you the download links. From then on there is no refund on that basis.

If we fail any of those conditions — for instance the confirmation on a durable medium never reaches you — you keep the 14 days to withdraw, and it is enough to send us a statement at the contact address. You may use the model form from annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act, though you do not have to. We refund within 14 days by the same route the payment came in.

Losing the right of withdrawal does not take away your right to complain.

Licence

You buy the right to use the files for your own purposes. That includes your professional work and your own company. You may modify them and adapt them to your brand.

You may not resell the files, share them publicly or distribute them in whole or in part. This covers publishing an assistant or a GPT with the product files uploaded, because that hands your purchase to third parties.

The licence has no end date and we take it away from nobody who uses the files under these rules, even if we stop selling the product or pull it from the site. Copyright stays with the author.

Conformity with the contract and complaints

We are liable for the digital content conforming to the contract under chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

We treat the following as defects in particular:

  • a paid-for file that is not delivered,
  • a corrupted or incomplete file,
  • a missing element listed in the product description,
  • behaviour that contradicts what the description promises.

It is not a defect that the result of working with the product fell short of your editorial expectations, or that the language model answered differently than you assumed. Nor is a change on the Anthropic or OpenAI side, a new price list for example.

Send complaints to kontakt@solertio.pl. Give the payment id and the purchase date, then describe what is wrong. We answer within 14 days of receiving the complaint, to the address it came from.

If the complaint is justified, we first bring the content into conformity with the contract: we repair the file or send a corrected version. Where that is impossible or would cost too much, and also where the repair fails, you may declare a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. If the lack of conformity is material, you may withdraw straight away.

We refund within 14 days of accepting the complaint, by the same route the payment came in, and we deduct neither the payment provider's fee nor the cost of issuing a corrective invoice.

Updates and changes to the product

We release updates when we judge them necessary, for instance after the behaviour of the underlying model changes or after we find a bug in the measurement script. We promise no number of them and no dates in advance.

If we release an update while your links are still valid, the same links carry it. After that period, write to the contact address.

We may change the digital content to the extent art. 43q of the Consumer Rights Act allows. It takes a justified reason, and the change itself may carry no cost whatsoever on your side. If a change materially and negatively affects access to the product or its use, we will warn you in advance at the address the purchase came from.

Reviews and promotional prices

We publish no buyer reviews of the products. If we start doing so, we will describe here how we verify them before the first review appears on the site.

The launch price is a starting price, not a reduction from a higher one. At every real reduction we will state the lowest price of the 30 days before it, as the Polish price-information act requires.

Personal data

For the sale we use your e-mail address and the billing details you enter in the Stripe form. The address serves to send the files and the confirmation, the billing details to issue the invoice.

We keep invoices and the sales ledger for as long as tax law requires, and we do not delete them earlier on request, because the duty to keep them comes from the law rather than from your consent. The privacy policy describes the processing in detail.

Disputes, governing law and changes to these terms

Polish law governs contracts concluded under these terms. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside.

A consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution: mediation at the regional trade inspectorate, the permanent consumer arbitration court, and free help from the district or municipal consumer ombudsman. UOKiK collects the information at uokik.gov.pl. Using them is voluntary and needs both sides to agree.

The EU online dispute resolution platform shut down in 2025. In cross-border matters the European Consumer Centre helps, at konsument.gov.pl.

We may change these terms for good reasons, for instance after a change in the law or in the scope of the offer. A new version applies from the day it is published and covers purchases made after that date. For contracts already concluded we apply the terms of the day of purchase.

The Polish version is the binding one; the English translation is for information.
