Who is responsible
This site (solertio.pl) is operated by Borys Nowicki, based in Olsztyn, Poland. For any privacy question, contact kontakt@solertio.pl. (Contact address to be confirmed.)
What I collect
If you subscribe to Field Notes or join a product waitlist, I collect the email address you submit, the fact that you consented, the source of the signup, your browser user-agent, and a timestamp. Nothing is collected unless you actively submit a form and tick the consent box.
Why, and on what legal basis
I use your email only to send the dispatches or product updates you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Email captures are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the EU. The data is not sold and not shared with advertisers.
How long I keep it
I keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion, after which it is removed within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email kontakt@solertio.pl and I will action it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
